FileMasters was created by it's founder after years of experience, observation, and frustration with the management of information and documents in the home, government agencies, and the private sector.

More often than not, too much time was wasted creating, sharing, or searching for information. There are a myriad of reasons this happens, but it is usually due to one of the following:

• The proper tools are unavailable
• The wrong tool is used for the wrong task
• A lack of knowledge or training

This leads to anxious individuals and organizations, duplicated tasks, the wrong data being placed in the wrong hands, failed communications, and poor customer service.
